Terms of services
Payment: Accepted payment methods are Paypal ONLY. Backing down without payment is only possible before the first draft phase.
Payment Hold: The longest time a customer can hold to pay is a week before the commission is cancelled.
Refund: refunds are possible after the first draft stage, however, 30% of the deposit will not be refunded.
Edits: the customer may request for unlimited editing during the sketch phase until they are satisfied.
About Finished Pieces: Once finished, the artist is allowed to use the completed piece with watermarks to advertise their product.
Art Usage: All art is for personal use only. If the commissioner would like to request for a commercial use, please contact the artist via instagram or by email.
